At AXIRX, we stand behind quality, performance, and discipline If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right within the guidelines below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are included
3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used apparel
  • Opened supplements or consumables
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email  with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
6. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • AXIRX is not responsible for lost return shipments
7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
8. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider
  • Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur)
  • If still unresolved, contact us
10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, orders must follow the return process.

11. Abuse of Policy

AXIRX reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • The policy is abused
  • Items are returned in unacceptable condition
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
